These Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging (SMS) program operated by Lone Mountain Truck Leasing (“Lone Mountain,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

Lone Mountain Truck Leasing sends conversational and transactional text messages to lease applicants and customers about their lease application, account, payments, servicing, and related notices. Messages are sent only to individuals who provided their mobile number and consented, on a form, on their signed lease, or by request. This SMS program is operated by Lone Mountain Truck Leasing together with its affiliated lender and account servicer, Cresco Capital; messages may be sent by either company about your application, lease, account, payments, and servicing, including billing and collection notices.

Opt-in / consent

You are enrolled only if you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from Lone Mountain, for example by checking the SMS box on our form or via your signed lease. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of leasing or purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your application, account, and servicing activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. Lone Mountain does not charge for the messages themselves.

How to opt out

Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
